All Mitsubishi Mr. Slim ductless air conditioners sold through ductless.ca are authentic and not a grey market imports. All of our units are purchased from local distributors which in turn are supplied from Mitsubishi Electric Canada. You can take comfort in knowing that units purchased and installed by ductless.ca carry extended manufacturer warranties and support and are installed by factory trained professionals.

All Mitsubishi ductless units have catechin plus air purifying and anti-allergy blue enzyme filters to eliminate bacteria, deodorize and kill viruses in the air. The filters also trap dust, pollens, mites and other particles which can cause allergic reactions. These filters are washable and last for the life of the system.

Most units have variable compressor speed inverter (VCSi) technology which adjusts the air conditioning capacity in response to demand. This allows Mitsubishi air conditioners to run more efficiently and reduce energy costs. By controlling the compressor rotation speed more precisely, VCSi technology provides high-speed cooling and heating with extra energy savings compared to conventional models (all units except MS-A09WA and MS-A12WA).

Mitsubishi's i-see Sensors see more than just room temperature. Equally important factors for feeling comfortable include radiant temperature, air movements, humidity and more. The i-see sensors measure radiant hot and cold spots within the room and focus airflow into those spots. This revolutionary system also controls the air movement and humidity levels, producing a much more comfortable environment then ever before (MSZ-FE09NA and MSZ-FE12NA only).

Mitsubishi has utilized R-410A which is a zero ozone depleting refrigerant since 2006 for all of their Mr. Slim ductless models in accordance with the Montreal Protocol.

Easier to use than most TV remotes, the included wireless controllers feature large and easy-to-read displays and lets you adjust fan speeds and output modes from anywhere in the room.
